5 - Reflecting on a book

"The First Phone Call From Heaven By Mitch Albom"

In this world, everyone has a story to tell. Whether these stories are about life, about love, or about a miracle.  In this human world, it is constant that the story of one’s great doing would spread throughout world. One shocking event could be heard by others. After reading Mitch Albom’s “The First Phone Call From Heaven” I have come across of one thought that the stories that live among us can reach to others that connects us with one another.
These stories connect us throughout the world. Words spread like lightning. It spreads and we don’t even know it. In the book, Tess Raff

erty, Jack Sellers, Katherin Yellin, and Sullivan Harding all shared one story, one phenomenon that shocked not only them, but the whole town. As this miracle was exposed, every person who lost a loved one is expecting a call from heaven in Coldwater.
Love is what keeps us together in this cruel yet wonderful world. If it wasn’t for love, we wouldn’t have hope. Like the citizens from Coldwater, they all hoped to be called by their departed loved one from the other side because they simply love and miss them. Love is something that is wonderfully created by God for us to share not to those who are only familiar to us, but also to those who seem impossible love.

We should never build a wall or boundary or set limits to who we’re supposed to love. We should break not only our walls but also theirs to widely spread the love that will keep us together and make our bonds stronger.

These stories of love and hope connect us in ways that others will hear and see. We share these stories to others; they share these stories throughout the world. Others who will hear will relate, and magically a connection is made. Life may set us apart but love is made to hold us together.
